“At first glance the apartment was well decorated and clean. What made our experience the worst we’ve ever had was that the communication was poor. The host would PURPOSEFULLY IGNORE OUR CALLS whenever we called which made this very difficult to communicate our needs. Also we were told after the booking that we needed to pay an EXTRA FEE FOR CLEANING whenever we needed the apartment cleaned. One of the bathrooms doesn’t have a barrier so whenever you shower water comes out. The biggest DOWNSIDE was that there was a very strong SEWAGE SMELL COMING FROM THE TOILETS and got worse as days went by.”
