Other things to note

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

AED 150 per hour will be charged for late check-out (subject to availability).

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout – replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 300 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3000 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
