Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting at the predetermined check-out time, a charge of 300 AED will apply from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, guests will be charged a full night’s stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of 500 AED per card.NOTE: Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the home! The apartment was extremely clean, and it smelled amazing, which made the stay even more comfortable. Everything was well-organized and fully equipped. “Pros: • Very clean apartment • Great location with Burj Khalifa view and close to Dubai Mall • Responsive host • Nice pool and amenities Cons: • We requested a crib twice before arrival, but it wasn’t ready. After a 15-hour flight with our 4-month-old baby, this was very difficult. We received it the next day. • The fridge and freezer were not working when we arrived. Despite multiple checks, they only provided a mini fridge on day 3. All our frozen breast milk thawed and became unusable, which caused major stress. • We didn’t receive the building access key until day 4, as the previous guest took it. This meant no direct access to the pool and having to ask security to open the door each time. • Not enough utensils (forks/spoons) for five adults, so we had to use disposable ones.”
