The space
This spacious, modern designed, 3-BR comes with 2 huge balconies boasting a 360 view of the city! It is equipped with top of the line furnishings, superb quality kitchenware and a dedicated parking spots.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with hotel grade linens, a Safebox, an electric iron and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The Master bedroom has direct balcony access,The second bedroom comes with a Queen-sized bed, a chester of drawers and direct balcony access.The third room contains a King Size beds with the best quality mattress, linens, a dresser and mirror (which can also double as a dedicated workspace).The fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances (dishwasher etc) and a Nespresso coffee machine.The dining area caters to 8 people and has a luxurious marble top table.The living space is aesthetically designed and has 2 Sofabeds (Double bed sixe) and a large 65 inch TV.The flat is designed for luxury living and we provide all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, tissues, dishwashing liquid, detergent, water, Nespresso capsules, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and dental/shaving kits.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

“Before I booked the apt I asked them if this apt is connected with mall and confirmed to me it is connected and no need to go outside ,, however after check in I relished this Bulding is out side the mall and you need cross the parking and the Bulding to reach the mall .. it was very hot weather .. also after three days they send to me pic that one of the towel with color and need to charged me .. I did not remember use colors on the apt and we did not use all towels because we have ours towels! So before you leave the apt you need to check all towels and take pic.. also I when I reached apt it was at 3 but still was under cleaning and until 3:30 the worker was in the apt .. the door is not looked from outside.. at the end the apt is big nice clean but I really upset from the wrong information which was provided to me before and the towel !!”
