“Tout d’abord, une équipe extrêmement réactive ! Suite à la déception d’un précédent hôtel, j’ai dû trouver un appartement en urgence. En moins de 2 minutes, j’ai eu une réponse et ils m’ont proposé une chambre en moins d’une heure. Malgré ce timing serré, le Guest Relations Officer Muhammad Ali a été exceptionnel : présent avant mon arrivée, accueil chaleureux, explications claires, très professionnel, serviable et surtout disponible à tout moment. Même à 2h du matin, il a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions. Un grand merci à lui ! Petit coup de cœur également pour Monsieur Malek, qui a parfaitement nettoyé la chambre : propreté irréprochable ! Il m’a également aidée à descendre mes bagages. L’emplacement est magnifique : vue sur le Burj Khalifa, piscine avec vue sur le Burj Khalifa et accès direct au Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue depuis l’ascenseur.
