AED 150/hour will be charged for late check-out and is subject to availability.
The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside our home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.

“This is not the first time i stayed in this room, first it was much cleaner, but this time i find it not that clean.. maintenace is needed alot.. there is no cleaning material in the room, not even in the washroom.. i am not that happy to stay here this time else they are very helpful and Mohammad Ali who helped us checked in , was very nice and helpful.”
“Unfortunately there is no staff to check in though they passed a phone number to call before the check in. All was ok till I arrived after dinner and no one to be seen to check in, called the number and no answer. Otherwise all Are ok.”
