“Tout d’abord, une équipe extrêmement réactive ! Suite à la déception d’un précédent hôtel, j’ai dû trouver un appartement en urgence. En moins de 2 minutes, j’ai eu une réponse et ils m’ont proposé une chambre en moins d’une heure. Malgré ce timing serré, le Guest Relations Officer Muhammad Ali a été exceptionnel : présent avant mon arrivée, accueil chaleureux, explications claires, très professionnel, serviable et surtout disponible à tout moment. Même à 2h du matin, il a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions. Un grand merci à lui ! Petit coup de cœur également pour Monsieur Malek, qui a parfaitement nettoyé la chambre : propreté irréprochable ! Il m’a également aidée à descendre mes bagages. L’emplacement est magnifique : vue sur le Burj Khalifa, piscine avec vue sur le Burj Khalifa et accès direct au Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue depuis l’ascenseur. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !”
