Guest access
Guests will have complete private access to the entire home, a secure, covered parking garage and all the residential complex’s amenities, such as the swimming pool, a well-equipped, state-of-the-art gym- and fitness as well as a sauna and steam room.

For entertainment, the building offers a multi-purpose room, sports court, table tennis and billiards area as well as a barbecue area.
Families will appreciate the separate kids’ play area and pool.
Directly opposite the building, you’ll find the convenience of 2 supermarkets, just across the boulevard.
You will also find numerous restaurants just in the direct area of Standpoint building.
A taxi or Careem can bring you to and from the airport to in approximately 15-20 minutes.
Other things to note
The apartment is ’self-check in’ friendly so you can arrive at any time of day/night!
We kindly advise you that there is a possibility of experiencing some minor noise due to ongoing construction activities in the area (but only during working hours).
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details.
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

We had a few challenges when accessing the unit itself but Omar was very helpful, honestly I appreciated his support alot...Thank You. One improvement I would suggest.... find a better access system for the apartment door, even if a card tap has the issue of guests losing it, the tap system makes all the difference.”

“The location is perfect and the building is good. the place looks exactly like the photos and check-in was super easy. The host even offered us extra towels which was nice. However, we had a few problems with the apartment itself. The doorbell, the dishwasher, and a light in the hallway were all broken, and the parking card never worked. None of it got fixed while we were there, they send someone to check but nothing was fixed, which was pretty annoying. It’s a great spot, the balcony has a great view, but the apartment definitely needs to fix the issues mentioned before.”
