Additionally, the apartment features a comfortable King Size bed and a single sofabed as well, plus a modernised attached bathroom, closet and a cozy Workspace.

Other things to note
Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is only conducted in person.
Any additional requests or mid-stay cleaning services will incur an extra charge/fee.
Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting at the predetermined check-out time, a charge of 300 AED will apply from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, guests will be charged a full night’s stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of 500 AED per card.NOTE: Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3000 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning, and sanitation.

“a little smaller than expected and hosts unhelpful and unresponsive the balcony was very dirty has some issues with leaking water in the bathroom and laundry and also paid extra for earlier check in time and host was late kind of had a bit of attitude but for the price it was a beautiful area that was the only good thing we couldn’t use the pool 3 days because it was closed due to weather but it is very small place good for 1-2 people max”
