Guests must submit copies of their passports to be registered with Dubai Tourism and also the Building Security System.Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

AED 150/hour will be charged for late check-out and is subject to availability.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside our home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
