“Amazing location and the pool/amenities were great. Overall we enjoyed the stay, and checkout was super smooth, Omar was really helpful with the luggage trolley. But a few things were disappointing. Biggest one: no dedicated internet, they told us to use the building Wi-Fi, which was terrible and I couldn’t take work meetings (I WFH). That was honestly not acceptable. Also: only 2 bath towels for 2 adults + baby, and the extra towel I requested never arrived. I also messaged about Amazon delivery instructions and got no reply. Small thing, but there wasn’t even a tissue box. Great place for location/amenities, but the Wi-Fi + responsiveness needs to improve for the price.”
