Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
AED 200 will be charged for late check-out (subject to availability).
The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout – replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning, and sanitation.

We would recommend anyone to stay here. They had amazing customer service and was extremely responsive if we needed anything.”

“This is a review for the 2nd part of my consecutive stay. You can refer to the first part for the issues found on the first part of stay. Additional issues on this stay 1) We informed the host that were going to extend 24 hours prior to checkout time and booked a new stay. We left the apartment between 11 and 3pm for them to clean the apartment for our second stay but upon return and several followups found that nothing had been done so our second stay checkin was effectively delayed by 2 hours whilst we waited for the staff to clean the apartment. 2) There is a safety issue with the shower at this apartment. The floor is extremely slippery and during shower I slipped and hit my head and neck against the tiled floor. Luckily I did not sustain any serious injuries apart from a painful neck but it could have been much worse. Something needs to be done about the flooring and generally the unit is well overdue for some basic renovations.”
“Stayed at this location for two consecutive stays. This review is for the first part of our stay. The main attraction for this unit is its convenient location, views and relatively clean and comfortable accomodation but that’s where the good things end. We had several issues at this location: 1) Management staff would acknowledge various small issues (which should really not even be a thing for a unit that is constantly tenanted) but would not actually resolve it without me having to ask multiple times. 2) The apartment’s ameneties like the pool and gym are real let downs. Both close at 10pm btw. 3) The bathroom/shower/kitchen facilities in this unit are all original condition and really not in keeping with the rates being charged from tenants. For instance the kitchen tap is probably a $10 , 3 year old tap. Basically just a water outlet which splashes water everywhere… 4) There is very little cleaning products supplied. 5) The digital lock on the door cheap and annoying.”
