Come relax into the cosy living room, after a long day out. You can chill on the comfy sofa, while you read a book, or watch your favorite movie on the 55-inch smart TV (Netflix is hooked up so you don’t miss out on your favourite shows!).

The Living room also has a very comfortable sofabed for any extra guests. It opens up to a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2 persons comfortably (photo added).

Extra Beddings and Linens are provided with plenty of pillows to ensure a comfortable nights sleep for everyone.

Other things to note

Guests must submit soft copies of their passports at the time of booking and before check-in date to be registered with Dubai Tourism and also the Building Security System.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

AED 200 will be charged for late check-out (up to 2 hours) and is subject to availability.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout – replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 300 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside! Any evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in a penalty fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
